Not at all, you don’t have to be home for us to complete the service. We ask that you ensure your water is on, windows and doors are closed, gates are unlocked, and any payment arrangements are handled in advance, then our team can take care of the rest.

Our standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and weekends are by appointment only.

We communicate in whatever way is most convenient for the customer, and most updates are handled by text message when possible. We can also use phone calls and email. Our team keeps communication flexible, so you’re never guessing what’s happening.  

We’re a soft wash company because high pressure can cause irreparable damage to most exterior surfaces. Our team focuses on using the right solution and low pressure rather than relying on “more PSI” to get results.

No, when done correctly, exterior cleaning should never damage your home. That’s why we don’t rely on high pressure. We utilize the correct method and solution for each surface rather than turning up the pressure and risking issues such as surface wear or damage.

We describe our process and solutions as environmentally and property-friendly when used correctly. Our team follows strict procedures for proper site preparation, accurate dilution ratios, and controlled, low-pressure application so the cleaning stays effective while protecting the home and surrounding areas.  

We take active protection steps, including covering plants and shrubbery with breathable material when needed. We also protect sensitive areas like doors, doorbells, cameras, and other delicate surfaces as part of our setup process. 

Although our trucks carry onboard water tanks to regulate flow and pressure, we must connect to the customer’s water source to refill the tank throughout the service. This ensures consistent performance while protecting the home’s plumbing system from being overdrawn.

If water access is not available, service may still be possible using our onboard supply only; however, additional charges will apply due to increased time, fuel usage, and logistical requirements.

Bad weather usually postpones the job rather than “preventing” it. We take conditions like heavy rain, high winds, and extreme temperatures seriously because they affect safety and the ability to protect your property properly.

We take compliance seriously based on the site and scope. Our team plans around things like permits, drainage/runoff protection, and on-site safety controls, and we coordinate closely with the property contact or manager.  

Yes! Customers can receive a 3% cash or check discount, and additional discounts (including military or senior) may be available upon request. We also offer bundle discounts when two or more full-priced services are scheduled together.
